Are you a relationship-builder with a gift for generating revenue and inspiring change? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, community, and creativity? We’re partnering with a respected nonprofit that’s doing meaningful work to empower women and girls through education, leadership, and community impact. This organization is known for its vibrant culture, thought-provoking programming, and deep roots in community connection.
We're looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue & Engagement to lead the charge on fundraising and brand partnerships. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind sponsorships, donor engagement, corporate collaborations, and fundraising campaigns that fuel transformational programs and events. This is not your typical desk job—yes, there are emails and spreadsheets, but this role thrives out in the community, face-to-face, shaking hands, attending events, and being where the donors are. Think boots on the ground, not behind a screen.
If you have the polish of a closer, the heart of a community advocate, and the curiosity of a marketer tuned in to what’s hot tomorrow, this might be your perfect next chapter.
✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in fundraising, brand partnerships, sponsorship management, or related field.
- A track record of closing high-level sponsorships and fundraising campaigns with measurable results.
- Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A forward-thinking mindset—you’re tuned into what’s happening in digital engagement, community giving, and nonprofit fundraising trends.
- Comfort navigating both the strategic and the tactical; you can pitch to the C-suite and also manage a CRM with ease.
- High EQ and a service-driven approach to leadership.
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and tools like Active Campaign.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (and occasionally beyond) to attend events and donor meetings.
- A creative thinker with the ability to spot (and seize) opportunities.
- A planner and a doer—you dream big, but you also bring it home with deadlines and deliverables.
- A team player who rolls up their sleeves and jumps in where needed.
- An ethical leader who values trust, transparency, and long-term impact.
- A bold, energetic presence who knows how to network, represent, and connect.
salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

- Own the annual revenue plan—identify revenue drivers, set ambitious goals, and lead execution with creativity and grit.
- Design and implement fresh, effective fundraising campaigns that speak to today’s (and tomorrow’s) supporters.
- Identify and secure new sponsorships, corporate support, grants, and major gifts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of donors and partners across sectors.
- Lead negotiations and draft partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial and values-aligned.
- This is an active engagement role—attend local events, meet face-to-face with potential donors, and be visible in the community. You’ll build authentic connections by going where your donors go, representing the organization with confidence and care.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
- Develop tailored stewardship plans and thoughtful touchpoints that inspire loyalty and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact activations across digital, in-person, and hybrid channels.
- Track KPIs, engagement, and ROI—translate data into stories and strategy.
