We are seeking a results-driven Manager (Logistics/Operations) to oversee and optimize our regional contract operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing distributed teams, ensuring compliance, and driving operational performance. This role requires leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and direct oversight of P&L.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all contractual performance metrics and compliance standards
  
  
• Uphold excellence across all operational processes and initiatives
  
  
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff; build and maintain a reliable contractor workforce
  
  
• Provide leadership and direction to frontline management teams
  
  
• Supervise contract drivers operating across multiple regional sites, up to seven days a week
  
  
• Foster customer relationships to drive continuous operational enhancements
  
  
• Manage profit and loss responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met
  
  
• Collaborate with the national sales team to identify and pursue new growth opportunities
