Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the first point of contact for licensed agents regarding enrollment, benefits, billing, and underwriting inquiries
- Guide agents through available tools and services such as the producer portal
- Create support materials like job aids, desk procedures, and process documentation
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access)
- Generate and manage reports and tracking logs, taking proactive actions when needed
- Support internal improvement efforts and participate in cross-functional team projects
- Customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
- strong communication and research skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Word)
- Ability to meet performance and quality standards in a remote environment
- Experience with open enrollment or insurance is a major plus
