Responsibilities

• Successfully meet sales goals.
• Responsible for developing new and existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service while maximizing sales and profit goals.
• Project a “Can-Do” attitude and provide exceptional customer service. 
• Take incoming customer calls, interpret their requirements, and negotiate pricing, service, and delivery.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Communicate with account and product managers on account strategy, pricing, and acquisition of new accounts.
• Expedite orders and respond to customer inquiries.
• Review sales and profit reports.
• Remain current with product knowledge, pricing, services, and market/industry trends.
• Visit customers with account managers. 
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
