- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred but not required.
- Entry-level; prior experience not required.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Analytical skills; ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Provides support within the finance department, focusing on accounts receivable (A/R) tasks.
- Process, reconcile, and post customer invoices and payments.
- Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Reconcile short payments and skipped invoices.
- Scan and file customer invoices.
- Apply cash and checks to customer accounts.
- Generate and send customer A/R statements (print/email).
- Prepare A/R reports (monthly, ad hoc).
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
