Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to expert on all things Managed Care
- Route and monitor intake forms like a pro
- Reach out to customers via phone, email, live chat, and intake forms—because you're a people person!
- Juggle 10–15 customer cases at a time with ease
- Handle 15–20 inbound calls/day from pharmacies and our awesome Sales Team
- Lead conference calls with pharmacy chains and buying groups—yes, you’ll be that important
- Join daily team huddles and cross-departmental meetings (we’re big on collaboration)
- Identify and track customer pain points and work to make their experience better every day
- Be an advocate for the customer within the Cardinal Health universe
- Tackle technical issues and suggest ways to make our processes even better
