Responsibilities
As the Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's
financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: Managing all invoices, payments, and
collections efficiently.
Reconciliations: Performing regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure
accuracy.
Job Costing & Reporting: Meticulously tracking costs associated with each home
build, generating insightful business reports, including labor costs, and analyzing labor
efficiencies to optimize project profitability.
Compliance & Insurance: Ensuring all financial activities comply with regulations and
managing insurance certificates.
Monthly Close & Financial Analysis: Executing accurate and timely month-end close
processes, preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements, and providing insightful
analysis to management.
Annual Budgeting: Collaborating on the development of annual budgets and
monitoring performance against them.
Labor Burden Statements: Preparing detailed labor burden statements.
Software Management: Utilizing QuickBooks, BuilderTrend, and/or JobTrend
software to manage financial data.
Operational Collaboration: Working closely with the Operations Manager to support
efficient project execution.
Administrative Support: Performing various administrative and clerical duties as
needed to support the office.
