We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control Technician in our liquid coatings' facility in Fayetteville, TN. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you! To be considered for this position candidates MUST be tech savvy, and have a history of consistent steady longevity in prior positions. 

salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School



Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections and audits on the liquid coatings produced at our facility to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
• Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Operates lab equipment required to perform job functions. 
  • Color spectrophotometers, scales, air mixers, gloss meter, DFT gauge, light booth, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes. 
• Collect and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance records. 

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• standing for 8 hours at one time
