Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be the front line of customer interaction, handling a variety of tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers across multiple platforms and applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and phone queues.
- Managing high-volume B2B order placement.
- Processing a range of claim requests, such as shipping resolutions, returns, exchanges, and fraud investigations.
- Acting with urgency to resolve customer needs.
- Supporting the internal Sales team.
- Maintaining client confidentiality.
- Collaborating with other internal departments.
- Processing online account registrations and communicating with customers about their status.
- Identifying and communicating Sales Leads.
