Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative, and customer-facing support to a large portfolio of clients carrying insurance through the company
• Ensure good customer relations are maintained, and customer business and issues are resolved fairly and effectively
• Produce and distribute correspondence for insureds
• Data entry of  new applicants' information into the internal database
• Read, decipher, research, and respond to incoming emails and calls
• Open and sort mail
• Scan confidential documents
