We're actively seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our pre-registration team. This isn't just any remote role; you'll be an integral part of a large, established health system, playing a critical role in patient care before they even step through our doors.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Important Notices: Candidates MUST be located in Georgia to be considered for this position.This is a fully remote position with equipment being provided AFTER training is completed and passed.

Responsibilities
- High-Volume Call Management
- Efficiently answer and manage a large volume of inbound calls daily, providing excellent customer service and accurate information to patients, physician offices, and other callers.
- Patient registration for ED and Urgent Care
- Collect and accurately record detailed patient demographic information over the phone, including personal, contact, and emergency contact details, while ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance verification for all patients, including confirming coverage, benefits, deductibles, co-pays, and out-of-pocket maximums.
- Clearly and compassionately communicate co-pays, deductibles, and other financial responsibilities to patients, answering their questions and setting clear expectations regarding their financial obligations.
- Enter data into EPIC (Registration platform)
- Speaking with patients
- Receives requests for reservations (patient scheduling) from physicians’ offices and makes the necessary
pre-admission arrangements - Proactively update and maintain patient account information, ensuring all data is current, accurate, and reflects any changes in patient status or insurance details.
- Obtains new medical record numbers for new patients
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
