You'll be responsible for entering and verifying manual instructions, or repairing and verifying automated instructions. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where maintaining quality and control standards is key. At times, you'll also process and research instructions in the Keystone system and respond to internal inquiries from Account Executives and other internal areas. Requirements:

Responsibilities

- Ensure accuracy: Process all instructions accurately and on time, following firm policies and procedures, and meeting deadlines.
- Escalate issues: Inform management about unclear instructions.
- Improve controls: Suggest ways to improve controls.
- Follow procedures: Promptly and accurately follow new or updated procedures.
- Reduce errors: Help lower errors, receivables, and E&Os by suggesting control procedures or automation.
- Respond to inquiries: Answer inquiries promptly with thoughtful solutions that prevent problems and provide quality service.
- Understand processes: Fully understand all processes, procedures, and practices, and question those that don't make sense.
- Find improvements: Identify ways to improve Funds Transfer (FT) payment processing.
- Suggest automation: Identify and escalate manual instructions that could be automated, or non-STP'd automated instructions with incorrect formatting, to increase the Straight Through Processing (STP) rate.
- Optimize productivity: Balance productivity optimization with meeting client deadlines.
