Responsibilities
I’m looking for someone who has experience translating English / Spanish for a customer service opening with an Insurance company in Dalton.
Responsibilities: Answering phones, Replying to emails, Greeting & assisting walk-in clients, Translating (verbal and written), Data Entry, Processing payments, Explaining services, Assisting with claims, Helping with collection calls/emails and general customer service duties.
Requirements: At least 2 years recent office experience. Proficient with MS Office and handling multi-line phone system. Good communication and grammar skills (written and oral). Previous translating experience.
Expectations: Great attendance. Understand will be expected to complete online Insurance class and get certification within the first 30 days of employment.
Environment: Business Casual, Customers walk in throughout the day, 4-6 full time employees
Dress Code: Business Casual (khakis are allowed but jeans are not). Dress slacks are preferred.
