What You'll Do:

A big part of your job will involve expertly handling temperature-sensitive goods, making sure they stay at their perfect temperature every step of the way. salary: $23 - $24 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Processing orders and scheduling deliveries with carriers, ensuring temperature control for refrigerated items.
- Tracking shipments, inventory control and communicating delivery updates, especially for time-sensitive goods.
- Documenting, incoving all delivery details and changes accurately.
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction with all deliveries, particularly those involving refrigerated products.
- Improving our processes to make deliveries smoother and more efficient.
