The Project Manager will support and supervise projects from end to end, ensuring that projects are completed within scheduling and budgetary constraints. The Project Manager should be self-motivated and able to adapt to ever-changing work environments. They should be familiar with all facets of managing projects, managing budgets and forecasting costs, coordination of sub-contractors with job schedules and delivery of quality work.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all facets of projects; this includes managing budgets, schedules and all cost controls as well as ensuring quality installation of all coatings
- Manage client relationships and project expectations
- Provide internal reporting and projections on all active projects – WIP reporting and billing
- Communicate with Superintendents for project visibility and delivery of quality work
- Utilize Procore for setting up new jobs, initiating change events, monitoring daily job site reporting and GC communication amongst additional tasks
- Stay informed about our client’s upcoming work and how Baker can win that work
