salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Conduct regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with governmental requirements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all cash accounts and AR Accounts, general ledger reconciliation and manage double entry bookkeeping.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data for reporting purposes.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
• Assist in monthly and annual tax preparation and reporting.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
