Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of international customer orders, from initial entry to successful delivery, ensuring meticulous accuracy at every stage
• Act as a primary point of contact for global clients, providing proactive and effective support across various communication channels
• Generate competitive and accurate price quotes, meeting specific customer demands
• Oversee customer data management, ensuring up-to-date records for efficient order history and tracking
• Process customer requests for product information, returns, and warranty claims
• Liaise effectively with internal departments (sales, logistics, shipping) to expedite order fulfillment
• Prepare and verify all essential export documentation, such as commercial invoices and customs declarations, ensuring accuracy for international shipments
• Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations and customs laws to facilitate smooth and compliant global freight movement
