Responsibilities
-Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as the main point of contact for employee issues, investigations, and conflict resolution. You'll ensure consistent application of policies, manage disciplinary actions, and guarantee compliance with all federal and state employment laws (like EEOC, FMLA, ADA, PFML), handling sensitive situations directly when needed.
-HR Operations & Policy: Oversee HRIS systems, manage all employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, records), and develop/enforce HR policies. You'll also ensure accuracy in payroll, benefits, and PTO administration by partnering with relevant teams.
-Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment efforts for all levels, from hourly to professional roles, collaborating with hiring managers and staffing agencies. You'll also help build internal talent pipelines through succession planning, skills development, and championing Belonging strategies.
-Employee Engagement & Culture: Support employee engagement surveys, coordinate events, wellness activities, and cultural initiatives to boost morale and recognize achievements.
-HR Metrics & Strategy: Analyze HR data (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) to recommend improvements, report on key HR performance indicators (KPIs), and advise leaders on organizational changes and job structures.
