Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the order processing team, offering clear guidance and direction.
- Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth order processing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle retail compliance disputes and manage retail scorecards to maintain standards.
- Conduct ongoing training programs to enhance the team's skills and performance.
- Enter and confirm orders in the system with accuracy.
- Receive and process EDI orders efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare and send invoices for completed orders.
- Handle customer returns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the shipping department and inside sales team.
- Set up and onboard new customers seamlessly.
