Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycles, from invoice processing and payment runs to cash application and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and various general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and post journal entries for a variety of transactions, ensuring proper coding and adherence to accounting principles.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, deferrals, and financial statement preparation.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the senior accounting team with ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed.
