Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all sales activities related to luxury boats across the Americas, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities, using insights to shape regional sales strategies and forecasts.
- Develop and execute tailored business plans to maximize revenue and market penetration, optimizing resource allocation based on market demands.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the manufacturer and regional stakeholders, overseeing the full sales cycle from order processing and proposal development to product delivery.
- Support contract negotiations without engaging in final deal execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and brokers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and review sales proposals with precision, ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
- Safeguard confidential and proprietary information, including technical data, product development, and client details.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in regional marketing initiatives and public relations events, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
- Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Head of Sales for the Americas.
