Responsibilities
- Process international orders with precision, accurately entering all details into the system.
- Generate accurate price quotes tailored to customer specifications.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records for accurate order tracking and history.
- Collaborate with internal teams like sales, logistics, and shipping to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
- Resolve order-related issues, including discrepancies, product availability, and shipping delays.
- Assist customers with product information, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster lasting relationships.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, adhering to company policies.
- Monitor order status and proactively inform customers of any delays or changes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing of customer documents.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of all export documentation, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws for seamless shipments.
