Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch technicians to ensure timely service and job completion.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, updates, and service timelines.
- Monitor and track job progress, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Accurately document service calls, including job details, completion status, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to address scheduling conflicts and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Previous dispatch or scheduling experience preferred.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software is a plus.
