Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle from job posting and sourcing to initial candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Actively seek out and engage with potential candidates through various channels, building a pipeline for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all applicants, from the first touchpoint to the offer stage.
- Partner closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop compelling job descriptions, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Guide new team members through their initial journey, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
- Keep our HR information systems (HRIS) accurate and up-to-date, particularly with recruitment data.
- Assist with various HR initiatives, including employee engagement and retention, providing broader HR support as needed.
