Responsibilities
As a Project Timekeeper, job duties include:
- Collaborate with Labor Relations to input payroll information into project timekeeping systems.
- Perform data entry for new hires, terminations, rate/classification changes, and other personnel updates.
- Assist with onboarding and site badging for new employees.
- Verify daily craft attendance using the project’s electronic timekeeping system (eTrack).
- Reconcile and export daily time records for craft employees.
- Maintain and troubleshoot time clocks; issue replacement badges as needed.
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports (e.g., force reports, attendance, timesheet status).
- 2 + years of timekeeping and/or payroll experience in a Construction environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with eTrack or other electronic timekeeping systems.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
