In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager (PM) and Project Document Manager (PDM), providing critical support to keep things running smoothly on-site. Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, Job duties include:
- Greet and direct calls and visitors; ensure coverage during absences.
- Maintain hard copy or electronic calendars for project leadership.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, catering, and logistics; prepare meeting materials as needed.
- Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and submit expense reports.
- Scan, file, and transmit project documentation for input into Aconex.
- Provide support with project timekeeping functions as required.
- 5 + years of administrative experience in a construction jobsite or industrial project environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Work will be conducted at two physical sites located in Francesville and Winamac, IN.
