- Minimum of 6+ years supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to interact with senior leadership and Board members professionally.
- strong technological aptitude, especially with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple C-suite executives, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner.
- Manage complex calendars with precision, scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, and appointments efficiently.
- Plan, prepare, and facilitate executive meetings, including Board meetings and high-level internal and external events, managing all logistics from venue and catering to technology setup and presentation support.
- Serve as a primary liaison to Board members, ensuring smooth communication and professional interactions.
- Create, maintain, and analyze detailed reports and complex spreadsheets to support executive decision-making.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, to produce polished presentations and enable seamless virtual and in-person meetings.
- Anticipate executive needs and solve problems proactively, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Manage incoming communications, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate special projects and other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a strong service mindset.
