Randstad has an immediate need for an AR Analyst focused on B2B collections and client portfolio management — ideal for someone with experience in Accounts Receivable, Account Management, or Commercial/B2B Collections, particularly managing a portfolio of corporate customers.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of ~100 customer accounts
  
  
• Make ~20 account touches per day (mostly phone)
  
  
• Resolve disputes, send follow-ups, issue demand letters or credit holds when necessary
  
  
• Work closely with customers to resolve outstanding balances professionally and tactfully
  
  
• Use Excel to clean up large accounts and organize strategic portfolio data
  
  
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the collections process
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–5 years of AR or B2B collections experience
  
  
• Professional, great communication and follow-up skills
  
  
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  
  
• Confident using the phone and managing sensitive client interactions
  
  
• Excel skills a plus (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables) 
  
  
• Team player with a respectful, professional attitude — we’re not just collecting money, we’re maintaining relationships
