Your Impact as a Logistics Coordinator
- You will orchestrate the smooth processing of inbound shipments, managing driver check-ins and ensuring all documentation is precise and compliant.
- You will champion client satisfaction by supporting our vital will-call desk, preparing customer orders with accuracy and care.
- You will ensure the integrity of our supply chain by maintaining organized logistics records and critical operational data.
Your Skills & Talents
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support or coordination role.
- strong computer proficiency and a talent for mastering new software and systems quickly.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the composure to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience within a logistics or warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities
Under general supervision perform standard but diversified general office duties requiring some knowledge of the unit’s warehouse and company policy, practice and procedures. Respond to general inquiries concerning area activities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Will work in the receiving office.
