Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Protein Quantification & Identification
- Perform ELISA assays (automated, semi-automated, and manual)
- Conduct western blot (WES) assays for protein identification and semi-quantification
- Prepare and analyze samples; interpret results and document findings in laboratory information systems
- Support immunoassay sample preparation and participate in routine lab duties
- Run SDS-PAGE gels and conduct gel imaging
- Carry out protease digestion and time-course experiments
- Prepare samples for mass spectrometry analysis
- Express proteins using bacterial, yeast, or insect cell systems
- Purify proteins using various chromatography techniques
- Perform enzyme activity and protein binding assays
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong relevant experience
- Knowledge of ELISA and western blot
- Familiarity with LIMS and automated liquid handling systems
- Experience in protein expression and purification
Schedule: Monday to Friday (7am-3:30pm)
