Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine lab duties including seed dropping, crushing, planting, harvesting, counting, grinding, and reagent prep
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to SOPs
- Inspect raw materials and assist with lab inventory and supply restocking
- Follow lab safety guidelines and support team needs as production seasons shift
- Ensure high standards of accuracy and consistency in all data collection activities
- Associate’s degree in a scientific field (required)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures
- Comfortable lifting 40–50 lbs and standing for 4–6 hours
- Previous experience in a lab or fast-paced, team environment is a plus
- Hands-on lab experience with cutting-edge agricultural biotechnology
- Consistent weekday schedule — no nights or weekends
