Job Summary: We are seeking meticulous and tech-minded Data Testing Specialists for a 6-month temporary project. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of electronic enrollment files by performing thorough data testing and quality checks. - Conduct full-scale testing of electronic enrollment files using standardized procedures
- Utilize B2B systems and internal error logs to identify discrepancies
- Manually review data files and supporting documents for accuracy before production
- Verify that all documentation aligns with the data provided in test files
- Escalate complex or unclear issues to senior team members
- High attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Basic knowledge of data processing or electronic file formats is helpful
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured procedures and work independently
- Reliable internet connection for remote work, if applicable
- Flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or onsite based on location)
