Randstad is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Benefits Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them through the world of health and financial benefits. Your expertise will be key in helping individuals find affordable solutions that meet their unique needs.
salary: $19 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
- Accept inbound calls from prospective customers and assess their needs to offer appropriate health and financial products.
- Clearly explain quotes, coverage details, and various healthcare insurance plan options to callers.
- Provide timely and professional solutions to customer problems, including resolving complaints and clarifying account inquiries to improve satisfaction.
- Guide customers through any technical issues they encounter with the enrollment portal.
- Accurately document every customer interaction, including actions taken and any necessary follow-up, in a comprehensible manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all product offerings, enhancements, and modifications to effectively inform customers.
- Understand and comply with all insurance regulations and company practices.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the correct department when necessary.
