We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic Admin & Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be the central hub of our operational activities, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of services.

salary: $18 - $22 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the schedules and routes for field staff, technicians, or drivers, using dispatching software to optimize efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field personnel, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing real-time support.
• Track and monitor the status of all ongoing tasks and deliveries, ensuring all deadlines and service level agreements are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges, such as scheduling conflicts, delays, or unexpected changes in a calm and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including service logs, mileage, and completion times, and generate reports for management.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to operations, including data entry, filing, and customer service inquiries.
