Responsibilities

 Following company-specific safety procedures, maintaining a clean workspace
 Produce product with strict adherence to work instructions
 Dispenses proper material from mixer into liner socks
 Molds socks into liners
 Operation of all buffing and cutting equipment
 Operation of all TPE manufacturing equipment
 Ensures equipment is running in compliance with work instructions and SOP’s
 Meet individual and departmental production goals and efficiencies
 Ensures liners meet all quality standards
 Transfers completed liners to the QA position for inspection
 Troubleshoots any non-conforming product being produced and adjusts within allowable process
parameters to eliminate it
 Performs basic preventative maintenance on forming equipment as required
 Ensures that enough raw materials are present at the forming stations to meet production goals
 Efficiently produce product in all areas of off the shelf and design liner manufacturing
 Pre-stretching of liners when specified on order
 Other cross-functional duties as assigned by the department supervisor
