Responsibilities
- Fulfill orders for internal and external customers.
- Research and analyze legal documents.
- Submit and retrieve legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations.
- Research entity status and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
- Communicate progress to customers and internal teams.
- Navigate multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and organizational success.
- Participate in process improvement programs and special projects.
