Product Management Analyst I / Product Data Sheet Specialist (Job ID: 1PPGJP00009771) We're seeking a detail-oriented specialist to support the creation and maintenance of product data sheets for protective coatings. This full-time contract role, with a pay rate of $35/hr, requires you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform regular data sheet audits. The position is in Harmar, PA, and can be on-site, remote, or hybrid. We're looking for someone with experience in technical documentation or a similar role. The initial contract is for 6 months with a possible extension. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation: Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining product data sheets for various product lines.
  
  
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, R&D, marketing, and sales to verify accurate product information.
  
  
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure documents adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements. Perform regular reviews and audits to identify and correct errors.
  
  
• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to data sheet management processes and tools.
  
  
• Support: Provide assistance to internal teams in accessing and utilizing product data sheets effectively.
  
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field is preferred.
  
  
• Proficiency: Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with PIM software, Excel, SAP, or PLM systems is a plus. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign) is also beneficial.
  
  
• Work Style: strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  
  
• Bonus Experience (Nice-to-Have): Experience in the paint and coatings industry, technical writing skills, and familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., REACH, RoHS, GHS) is beneficial.
