We have a client that is seeking a detail-oriented Part- Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team. This position involves processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently while utilizing advanced Excel skills. Responsibilities

• Fast-paced environment, a minimum of 5 years in an accounts payable.
• Full-cycle AP would be ideal.
• Attention to details and accuracy in data entry and record keying.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of accounts payable principle and best practices
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve vendor-related issues.
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-Motivated and a quick learner
• Enter and process vendor invoices in accordance with the company's procedures.
• Match purchase orders with the vendor invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and accurate records for invoices
• Communicate with vendors to resolve inquires, reconcile statements.
• Provide support for other accounts payable-related tasks as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
