Responsibilities
- Client & Help Desk Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming client calls.
- Evaluate client requests, answer questions, and create support tickets for the technical team.
- Work with the Help Desk Manager to track ticket assignments and ensure timely completion and follow-up.
- Document all client communication and requests to maintain clear records.

- Manage and coordinate complex calendar schedules and appointments.
- Keep leadership on schedule by tracking deadlines and priorities.
- Prepare for meetings by creating agendas, taking notes, and documenting recaps.
- Assist with marketing activities and other cross-functional tasks as needed.

- Sales & Outreach Coordination:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and track all communications.
- Perform outbound calls and follow-up communications to support the sales team.
