Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Assistant

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
  
  
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests to ensure they are complete and accurate.
  
  
• Maintain precise records and documentation for all accounts payable activities.
  
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  
  
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to professionally resolve payment-related issues.
  
  
• Assist with data entry and general office tasks as needed.
  
  
• Reconcile invoices with the inventory system.
  
  
• Harmonize vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and associated transactions.
  
  
• Achieve accounts payable and organizational goals by completing required tasks.
