As an Insurance Service Professional, you will be a key member of the Customer Service Center team, working with independent agents and their customers to provide an outstanding service experience. This is a consultative role where you will educate and advise customers on personal lines P&C products, process policy changes, handle billing inquiries, and resolve complex issues.

- Handle inbound calls from agents and policyholders, providing accurate insurance advice and resolving inquiries.
- Interpret and verify policy coverages, new business transactions, and changes.
- Provide recommendations and quotes for additional coverage to best protect customers.
- Use established guidelines for timeliness and quality to ensure first-contact resolution.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Personal Lines (PL) or Property & Casualty Producer (P&C) state license upon your start date.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is strongly preferred. Experience in retail, hospitality, or communications is also a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- For remote work, you must have a hardwired Ethernet connection with speeds of 10 mbps upload and 50 mbps download.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt easily to change and work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment.
