This is a hands-on position requiring a high level of accuracy and a proactive approach. You will work on-site at our facility from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update a high volume of product information, including specifications, codes, and descriptions, into our internal systems
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and correcting any discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team
