Responsibilities
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for spare parts.
- Follow up with vendors, carriers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Manage lead times and assist in resolving issues related to lost or missing shipments and Goods Receipts (GRs).
- Support and drive improvements to business processes based on incident reviews.
- Support KPI management for high-volume spare parts, excess inventory, and other key metrics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to assist in decision-making processes.
