We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manufacturing Project Manager to lead a critical Syncade Migration project at our operational pharmaceutical facility in Research Triangle Park, NC.

This is a fantastic on-site opportunity for a leader who thrives in a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment and has a proven track record of success with Manufacturing Electronic Systems (MES) or electronic batch records implementation projects. Pay: $96.00-$150 per hour - W2  Duration: 6 months, temp to perm  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects or act in a project management support capacity for our Syncade migration.
  
  
• Utilize Project Management tools based on PMBOK and PMI principles to guide projects from start to finish.
  
  
• Work effectively within a highly regulated, compliance-driven setting.
  
  
• Lead or support operational readiness elements of projects.
  
  
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional, matrixed teams, contractors, and site operations staff.
  
  
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a focus on organization and detail.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience leading projects or acting in a project management support capacity.
  
  
• Experience with Manufacturing Electronic Systems (MES) or electronic batch records implementation is a must.
  
  
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, including MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, or other project management software.
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• The ability to work within a matrix team is a must.

• Ability to work in an open office environment with frequent distractions.
• Ability to work within a matrix team is a MUST

Project experience needs:

• 10 or more years of experience with proven successes leading projects or acting in a project management support capacity
• Familiarity utilizing Project Management Tools based on PMBOK, PMI principles to lead projects
• Demonstrated ability to work within a highly regulated, compliance-driven setting (pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working on or with Manufacturing Electronic Systems (MES) or electronic batch records implementation projects is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, matrixed teams.
• Experience leading or supporting operational readiness elements of projects
• Organized, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products and other software platforms
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6 or other project management software, and project portfolio management software.
