We’re looking for an EHS Specialist Coordinator to support vital health, safety, and environmental initiatives at our Dallas facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about fostering a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
salary: $35 - $37 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily EHS operations and ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.
- Lead incident investigations and help identify and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain training programs, compliance documentation, and site inspection schedules.
- Monitor and report on EHS metrics, permits, and audits using tools like Gensuite.
- Support new hire orientations and ongoing employee EHS education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in EHS, safety engineering, or compliance roles in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA regulations, incident reporting, and safety management systems.
- Certifications such as CSP, ASP, CIH, or CEP a plus.
