Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager or Director to join our team. This is an urgent opening for a key role in our growing organization. As a Sales Manager or Director, you will be responsible for driving sales of our bathroom, washbasin, countertop, and panel products. Your expertise in the industry will be crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales leadership within the relevant product categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

Marketing & Industry Representation

• Serve as the in-house subject-matter expert in sinks and countertop fixtures.
• Collaborate in marketing strategy, sales tools, and collateral creation.
• Plan and represent Client at key events such as KBIS, IBS, and other national trade shows.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales leadership in bathroom fixtures, particularly sinks, basins, or countertops
• Proven expertise in U.S./Canadian certification standards and technical product knowledge
• Established network with retail and distribution buyers, including national chains
• Track record of business development, complex sales cycles, and long-term account growth
• Highly motivated, independent, and effective in cross-functional global environments
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills
• U.S. travel availability (~25–40%)- International travel 25%
• Familiarity with Asian manufacturing environments and import/export logistics
