Responsibilities

The Role: As a Project Coordinator, you will be the central hub for our projects, responsible for coordinating all aspects of the furniture delivery, installation, and maintenance process. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.  You will communicate with the in-house design and sales team, architects, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with our in-house sales, design, and procurement teams to ensure project specifications are met and materials are ordered accurately and on time.
  
  
• Liaise with furniture manufacturers to track order status and manage logistics.
  
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors and installers to schedule and oversee all aspects of the on-site installation process.
  
  
• Provide regular project updates to clients and internal leadership, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  
  
• Address and resolve any post-installation issues or maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  
  
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, including contracts, drawings, schedules, and correspondence.
