In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm welcome, verifying medications, ensuring access to eligible discounts, and answering initial questions.

Shifts range from 9a-6p or 10a-7p 

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  
  
• Conduct welcome calls to new patients, verifying medications and understanding their needs
  
  
• Make sure patients receive all eligible discounts and support programs
  
  
• Follow up with pharmacies to clarify prescriptions or resolve issues
  
  
• Meet engagement standards by following established policies and procedures
  
  
• Keep detailed and accurate patient records
