We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Spread business financial statements per GAAP and internal credit policies using prescribed financial analysis software and complete covenant compliance checks in accordance with credit agreements. Functions include but are not limited to:

• Read and understand the accounting within various types of business financial statements
• Read and understand complex credit agreements
• Perform moderately complex credit investigations on companies and industries.
• Ensure polices and procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications:

• Experience analyzing the following: Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Tax Returns.
• Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
