Randstad is looking for Customer Service Representative 2 at  Phoenix AZ.This role involves serving small business credit card customers by handling a high volume of inbound calls daily. The associate will address a wide range of issues, from fraud and payments to card activation and product conversions. The position requires customer service, problem-solving, and computer navigation skills with a keen eye for detail. Position: Customer Service Representative 2 Location:  Phoenix AZ 85027 Pay: 20 Shift Days/Hours: POST-TRAINING OPERATING HOURS Monday – Saturday: 4:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT (shifts move with daylight savings time by 1 hour SCHEDULES TBD Will either work 1 Sat or 1 Sun, and 1 Weekday off  One week in, one week remote

Responsibilities

• The associate will be apart of the new customer service team with a specific focus on business credit cards
• EXAMPLE: There is one company with 15 different cards and different billing structures with every card. 
• Taking 40-60 inbound calls per day to service the needs of small business credit card customers
• Will deal with a variety of different needs including but not limited to fraud, payments, adding card holders, adding admins, disputing transaction, etc.
• Going through product conversion - converting small biz cards from Visa to Mastercard. 
• Could be calling about claims, unauthorized transactions, making payments, replacing cards, activating cards
• The associate will be apart of the new customer service team with a specific focus on business credit cards
